The work Come hither by Maria Szantho was sold in the 19th Century European Art auction at Christies in London in April 2015. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,299.23), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maria Szantho; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Hungarian Dreaming Of Snow White And The Seven Dwarves sold at auction in March 2009 with the realized price of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,175.25).

Die Arbeit Come hither von Maria Szantho wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.299,23) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maria Szantho; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Hungarian Dreaming Of Snow White And The Seven Dwarves im März 2009 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 16.175,25).
