The work Motherboard (West) by Marco Maggi was sold in the Latin American Sale auction at Christies in New York in November 2010. It achieved a price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 17,259.90), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Marco Maggi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in November 2016 with the realized price of USD 31,250.00 (€ 29,542.45).

Die Arbeit Motherboard (West) von Marco Maggi wurde im November 2010 in der Auktion Latin American Sale bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 17.259,90) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Marco Maggi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 31.250,00 (€ 29.542,45).
