A top price for Marco Lodola - as previously expected
The work Doppio arabesque by Marco Lodola was sold in the Post War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2008. The price achieved of EUR 5,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Doppio arabesque is the most expensive artwork by Marco Lodola that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Doppio arabesque von Marco Lodola wurde im Mai 2008 in der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Doppio arabesque das teuerste Kunstwerk von Marco Lodola, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
