Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sin título by Manuel Rodríguez Lozano was sold in the Latin American Sale auction at Christies in New York in November 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 15,535.00 (€ 15,641.36) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Manuel Rodríguez Lozano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fatigados in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 173,000.00 (€ 163,794.74).
