Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composition cubiste by Manuel Ortiz de Zárate was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2012. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,500.75). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Manuel Ortiz de Zárate achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Au Pot A Tabac, 1916 in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 123,322.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition cubiste von Manuel Ortiz de Zárate kam im Juni 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.500,75) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Manuel Ortiz de Zárate erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Au Pot A Tabac, 1916 im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 123.322,00.
