This artwork by Manuel Felguérez achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in November 2015. In the Latin American Art auction, the work El Sueño De La Araña sold for USD 50,000.00 (€ 47,339.52) - well above the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Manuel Felguérez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2020 for USD 212,500.00 (€ 177,854.03).

In der Auktion Latin American Art wurde die Arbeit El Sueño De La Araña für USD 50.000,00 (€ 47.339,52) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Manuel Felguérez mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2020 für USD 212.500,00 (€ 177.854,03) versteigert wurde.
