Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bowl of Fruit by Manoucher Yektai was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art auction at Christies in Paris in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 20,160.00 (€ 23,361.06). Admittedly, works by Manoucher Yektai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life in May this year with an auction result of GBP 165,500.00 (€ 192,560.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bowl of Fruit von Manoucher Yektai wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 20.160,00 (€ 23.361,06) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manoucher Yektai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 165.500,00 (€ 192.560,35).
