Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Opening Sale 1945-Now, which included the work Desierto Con Pajarraco - 1969 by Manolo Millares. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,290.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Manolo Millares achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 842,500.00 (€ 1,011,274.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Opening Sale 1945-Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Desierto Con Pajarraco - 1969 von Manolo Millares zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.290,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Manolo Millares erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 842.500,00 (€ 1.011.274,93).
