Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Three Horses by Ma Xinle was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2019. The price achieved of USD 35,000.00 (€ 31,172.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 28,000.00 – 38,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ma Xinle have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Horses in September 2018 with an auction result of USD 312,500.00 (€ 268,886.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Three Horses von Ma Xinle kam im März 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 31.172,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 28.000,00 – 38.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ma Xinle auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Horses im September 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 312.500,00 (€ 268.886,59).
