The work Woman with a Cow by Luo Zhongli was sold in the 20th Century Art Day Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 750,000.00 (€ 84,953.17), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luo Zhongli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring Silkworms in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 49,400,000.00 (€ 4,683,668.97).

Die Arbeit Woman with a Cow von Luo Zhongli wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion 20th Century Art Day Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 84.953,17) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luo Zhongli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring Silkworms im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 49.400.000,00 (€ 4.683.668,97).
