Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2016 Christies in Paris held the auction Art Contemporain Vente du Jour, which included the work Sans titre by Luigi Boïllé. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 1,200,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 23,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Luigi Boïllé have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June this year the work Rosso was auctioned for EUR 32,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2016 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art Contemporain Vente du Jour durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Luigi Boïllé zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 23.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Luigi Boïllé konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni diesen Jahres die Arbeit Rosso für EUR 32.000,00 versteigert.
