In November 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Israeli and International Art, which included the work The Old City, Jerusalem by Ludwig Blum. The »bidding war« ended at USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,881.66), 46% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ludwig Blum - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of Jerusalem, which sold at auction in December 2013 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 58,966.54).

Im November 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Israeli and International Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Old City, Jerusalem von Ludwig Blum zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.881,66) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ludwig Blum mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of Jerusalem beobachtet, die im Dezember 2013 für USD 81.250,00 (€ 58.966,54) versteigert wurde.
