Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Israeli & International Art, which included the work View Of Jerusalem by Ludwig Blum. The »bidding war« ended at USD 17,500.00 (€ 16,115.66), 17% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ludwig Blum - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of Jerusalem, which sold at auction in December 2013 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 58,966.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Israeli & International Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit View Of Jerusalem von Ludwig Blum zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 16.115,66) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ludwig Blum mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of Jerusalem beobachtet, die im Dezember 2013 für USD 81.250,00 (€ 58.966,54) versteigert wurde.
