Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Lucy Bull was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. The price achieved of HKD 478,800.00 (€ 57,377.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucy Bull achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 8:50 in June last year with an auction result of HKD 11,382,000.00 (€ 1,385,105.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lucy Bull kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 478.800,00 (€ 57.377,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucy Bull erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 8:50 im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 11.382.000,00 (€ 1.385.105,36).
