The work Pont Neuf by Lucien Adrion was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Online auction at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,267.74), 58% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucien Adrion achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Deauville, Les Planches in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 104,500.00 (€ 82,322.36).

Die Arbeit Pont Neuf von Lucien Adrion wurde im Juli 2019 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Online bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.267,74) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucien Adrion erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Deauville, Les Planches im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 82.322,36).
