In September 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Voorjaar - A still life with rhubarb, eggs, flowers and a butterfly by Lucie van Dam van Isselt. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,800.00 56% above the upper estimate.
