Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Interior by Lucie van Dam van Isselt was sold in the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,600.00 20% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lucie van Dam van Isselt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Voorjaar - A still life with rhubarb, eggs, flowers and a butterfly, which sold at auction in September 2006 for EUR 7,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Interior von Lucie van Dam van Isselt wurde im September 2006 in der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.600,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Lucie van Dam van Isselt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Voorjaar - A still life with rhubarb, eggs, flowers and a butterfly beobachtet, die im September 2006 für EUR 7.800,00 versteigert wurde.
