The result of EUR 6,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Luciano Ventrone have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Natura morta in June this year with an auction result of EUR 37,800.00.

Die Arbeit Questo è curioso von Luciano Ventrone wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luciano Ventrone auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Natura morta im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.800,00.
