The work Oriente by Luciano Ventrone was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in December 2017. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,000.00 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luciano Ventrone - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Natura morta, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 37,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Oriente von Luciano Ventrone wurde im Dezember 2017 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.000,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Luciano Ventrone mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Natura morta beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 37.800,00 versteigert wurde.
