This artwork by Luca Cambiaso achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in November 2019. In the Old Master & 19th Century Art auction, the work Le Repos De La Sainte Famille Pendant La Fuite En Egypte sold for EUR 14,300.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luca Cambiaso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A 'Sacra Conversazione': The Madonna And Child With Saints Paul And Augustine, A Putto Reading At Their Feet in July 2007 with an auction result of GBP 692,000.00 (€ 1,027,779.74).

In der Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art wurde die Arbeit Le Repos De La Sainte Famille Pendant La Fuite En Egypte für EUR 14.300,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luca Cambiaso erzielen.
