The price achieved of USD 6,048.00 (€ 4,983.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luca Cambiaso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A 'Sacra Conversazione': The Madonna And Child With Saints Paul And Augustine, A Putto Reading At Their Feet in July 2007 with an auction result of GBP 692,000.00 (€ 1,027,779.74).
