The work Seven - Character Couplet In Running Script by Lu Runxiang was sold in the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 64,900.00 (€ 6,847.99), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. Admittedly, works by Lu Runxiang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Couplet In Running Script in April this year with an auction result of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 36,763.04).

Die Arbeit Seven - Character Couplet In Running Script von Lu Runxiang wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 64.900,00 (€ 6.847,99) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Runxiang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Couplet In Running Script im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 36.763,04).
