Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Bonhams held the auction Chinese Paintings-The Online sale, which included the work Calligraphy Couplet in Running Script by Lu Runxiang. The price achieved of HKD 6,400.00 (€ 772.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Runxiang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Couplet In Running Script in April this year with an auction result of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 36,763.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Chinese Paintings-The Online sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet in Running Script von Lu Runxiang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 6.400,00 (€ 772,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Runxiang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Couplet In Running Script im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 36.763,04).
