This work without title by Louise Hearman was sold in the CONTEMPORARY ART auction at Christies in Melbourne in April 2001. It achieved a price of AUD 5,640.00 (€ 3,238.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Louise Hearman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Australian Untitled, which sold at auction in August 2007 for AUD 13,800.00 (€ 8,252.08).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 5.640,00 (€ 3.238,84) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Für andere Arbeiten von Louise Hearman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Australian Untitled beobachtet, die im August 2007 für AUD 13.800,00 (€ 8.252,08) versteigert wurde.
