Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Louisa Chase was auctioned at Christies in New York in January 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,320.00 (€ 1,015.54). Admittedly, works by Louisa Chase have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 5,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Louisa Chase kam im Januar 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.320,00 (€ 1.015,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louisa Chase auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.250,00.
