Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of A Lady Seated With Her Daughter, Three-Quarter Length, Wearing A White Silk Dress Holding Flowers by Louis Tocqué was sold in the Old Master Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in February 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,992.23). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Tocqué achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Louis Philippe Joseph, Duc D'Orleans And Duc De Chartres in January 2012 with an auction result of USD 218,500.00 (€ 167,394.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady Seated With Her Daughter, Three-Quarter Length, Wearing A White Silk Dress Holding Flowers von Louis Tocqué wurde im Februar 2008 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
