The work Can Can by Louis Icart was auctioned at Il Ponte in November this year. The result of EUR 2,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Louis Icart have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elegante Et Fillette Au Levrier in March 2009 with an auction result of EUR 19,126.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Can Can von Louis Icart kam im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Icart auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elegante Et Fillette Au Levrier im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.126,00.
