It achieved a price of USD 3,810.00 (€ 3,457.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 27%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Fratino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tristan Drinking Soup in May last year with an auction result of USD 365,400.00 (€ 340,508.81).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louis Fratino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tristan Drinking Soup im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 365.400,00 (€ 340.508,81).
