The work Calligraphy - Dao by Lou Zhenggang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 625,000.00 (€ 68,284.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lou Zhenggang; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Sun and The Moon - 97 sold at auction in October 2014 with the realized price of HKD 1,322,500.00 (€ 136,155.23).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy - Dao von Lou Zhenggang kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 625.000,00 (€ 68.284,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lou Zhenggang; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit The Sun and The Moon - 97 im Oktober 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.322.500,00 (€ 136.155,23).
