Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Peonies and Pheasants by Lou Shibai was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in February 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 53,550.00 (€ 5,707.93). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lou Shibai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bird On The Rock in April this year with an auction result of HKD 126,000.00 (€ 128,670.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Peonies and Pheasants von Lou Shibai kam im Februar 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 53.550,00 (€ 5.707,93) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lou Shibai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bird On The Rock im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 126.000,00 (€ 128.670,65).
