Alfred Taubman: Old Masters at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of An Oriental, Head And Shoulders, Wearing A Bejewelled Blue Hat And A Red Fur-Trimmed Coat, which sold at auction in July 2009 for GBP 289,250.00 (€ 328,212.05).
