Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady In Water Village by Liu Zhenxia was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. The price achieved of HKD 625,000.00 (€ 68,477.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Other works by Liu Zhenxia have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2018 the work Festive Moment was auctioned for HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 105,515.98).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 625.000,00 (€ 68.477,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 500.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Liu Zhenxia konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2018 die Arbeit Festive Moment für HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 105.515,98) versteigert.
