The work A Lady by Liu Zhenxia was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 812,500.00 (€ 92,486.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Liu Zhenxia; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Festive Moment sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 105,515.98).

Die Arbeit A Lady von Liu Zhenxia kam im April 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 812.500,00 (€ 92.486,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Liu Zhenxia; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Festive Moment im April 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 105.515,98).
