A top price for Liu Boshu - as previously expected
The work Galloping Horse by Liu Boshu was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 57,500.00 (€ 6,645.31) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Galloping Horse is the most expensive artwork by Liu Boshu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Galloping Horse von Liu Boshu kam im April 2015 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 57.500,00 (€ 6.645,31) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Galloping Horse das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liu Boshu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
