The work Horse by Liu Bin was sold in the The Beauty of Brushes - A Selection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy 2 auction at POLY in Hong Kong in May 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 64,900.00 (€ 7,501.24). With this result, Horse is even the most expensive work of art by Liu Bin that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Horse von Liu Bin wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion The Beauty of Brushes - A Selection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy 2 bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 64.900,00 (€ 7.501,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Horse sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liu Bin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
