Upper estimate price exceeded by 32 %.
The work Senza titolo by Li Yuan-Chia was sold in the Eclectic auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 52,920.00 (€ 5,736.27), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Yuan-Chia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work UNTITLED in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 78,503.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Li Yuan-Chia wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion Eclectic bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 52.920,00 (€ 5.736,27) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Yuan-Chia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit UNTITLED im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 78.503,25).
