Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Senza Titolo by Li Yuan-Chia. The price achieved of HKD 75,600.00 (€ 8,094.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Li Yuan-Chia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work UNTITLED in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 78,503.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Li Yuan-Chia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 75.600,00 (€ 8.094,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Yuan-Chia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit UNTITLED im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 78.503,25).
