Remarks: 説明：上款人「君軾」為雷君軾，廣東番禺人，香港著名收藏家，室名「小臨池館」。其與粵籍書畫界名宿過從甚密，如李研山、鄧爾雅、鄧芬等，皆屢有作品送贈。扇骨由南海竹雕名家余仲嘉所製。余仲嘉（1908～1941），南海竹雕名家，生即聾啞，故自號默尊者。其父余肇湘能詩工書，自幼教以字義、書法，又從鄭誦先、鄧爾雅問藝，少年成名，為壹時名流如譚祖安、葉恭綽所賞。治印由黃士陵上窺秦漢，堅卓老成，不事修飾，尤善單刀法。

Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Li Yanshan achieved an unexpectedly high price at POLY in January 2024. In the Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors IV auction, the work Secluded Pavilion And Calligraphy In Running Script sold for HKD 21,600.00 (€ 3,318.72) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Yanshan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poolside Studio in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 4,615,000.00 (€ 525,321.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Li Yanshan erzielte im Januar 2024 bei POLY einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors IV wurde die Arbeit Secluded Pavilion And Calligraphy In Running Script für HKD 21.600,00 (€ 3.318,72) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Yanshan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poolside Studio im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.615.000,00 (€ 525.321,40).
