Upper estimate price exceeded by 73 %.
The work Landscape by Li Liufang was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. It achieved a price of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 16,757.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 73%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Liufang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 1,150,000.00 (€ 1,070,663.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 73 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Li Liufang wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 16.757,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 73%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Liufang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.150.000,00 (€ 1.070.663,81).
