Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Li Liufang achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction, the work Landscape sold for HKD 93,750.00 (€ 11,032.43) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Liufang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 1,150,000.00 (€ 1,070,663.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Li Liufang erzielte im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 93.750,00 (€ 11.032,43) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Liufang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.150.000,00 (€ 1.070.663,81).
