The work Drinking with Friends by Li Jin was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 15,821.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Feast (Set Of Five) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,840,000.00 (€ 319,968.53).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Drinking with Friends von Li Jin kam im Dezember 2020 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 15.821,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Feast (Set Of Five) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.840.000,00 (€ 319.968,53).
