Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Mountain Landscape by Li Huasheng was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2007. The auction ended at the price of HKD 10,000.00 (€ 874.18), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Huasheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cottage under Pine in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,736.80).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Mountain Landscape von Li Huasheng wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 10.000,00 (€ 874,18) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Huasheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cottage under Pine im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.736,80).
