In October 2014 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink, which included the work 114 by Li Huasheng. It changed hands for a price of HKD 276,000.00 (€ 28,415.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Other works by Li Huasheng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2014 the work Cottage under Pine was auctioned for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,736.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink durch, in der auch die Arbeit 114 von Li Huasheng zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 276.000,00 (€ 28.415,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 180.000,00 – 280.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Li Huasheng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2014 die Arbeit Cottage under Pine für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.736,80) versteigert.
