Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2020 Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Untitled (LI 46) by Li Fang. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 20,400.00 (€ 2,151.76). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Fang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Watching The Clouds in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 517,500.00 (€ 48,130.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (LI 46) von Li Fang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 20.400,00 (€ 2.151,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Fang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Watching The Clouds im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 517.500,00 (€ 48.130,86).
