Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year Bonhams held the auction POP X Culture, which included the work A Side of Me, 2023 by Lhouette. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,040.00 (€ 8,083.88), 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Lhouette have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Knight Nurse in July 2020 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,251.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion POP X Culture durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Side of Me, 2023 von Lhouette zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.040,00 (€ 8.083,88) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lhouette auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Knight Nurse im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.251,27).
