Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Selected Images from 'PLEASE!' by Les Krims was sold in the Photographs auction at Bonhams in London in October this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 3,200.00 (€ 3,028.01) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Les Krims have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2010 the work Les Krims Performing Aerosol Fiction with Leslie Krims, Fargo Avenue, Buffalo, New York was auctioned for GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,490.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Selected Images from 'PLEASE!' von Les Krims wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 3.200,00 (€ 3.028,01) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Les Krims konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2010 die Arbeit Les Krims Performing Aerosol Fiction with Leslie Krims, Fargo Avenue, Buffalo, New York für GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.490,91) versteigert.
