Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists, which included the work Portrait of a girl with a black bow by Leonid Pasternak. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,001.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonid Pasternak achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Roses in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 481,250.00 (€ 608,316.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of a girl with a black bow von Leonid Pasternak zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 7.001,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonid Pasternak erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Roses im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 481.250,00 (€ 608.316,14).
