Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Leonid Ignatevich Vaishlya could be acquired at Christies in London in May 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British, Continental & Russian Pictures & Prints auction, the work The apple orchard; The end of the journey; and Slay ride home changed hands for GBP 228.00 (€ 335.52) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leonid Ignatevich Vaishlya - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Corn blowing in the wind; Farm workers, which sold at auction in April 2007 for GBP 900.00 (€ 1,317.72).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Leonid Ignatevich Vaishlya konnte im Mai 2007 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British, Continental & Russian Pictures & Prints wechselte die Arbeit The apple orchard; The end of the journey; and Slay ride home für GBP 228,00 (€ 335,52) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Leonid Ignatevich Vaishlya mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Corn blowing in the wind; Farm workers beobachtet, die im April 2007 für GBP 900,00 (€ 1.317,72) versteigert wurde.
