Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Autumn Glamour by Leo K. K. Wong was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 35,000.00 (€ 3,321.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 28,000.00 – 38,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leo K. K. Wong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dreaming Of Spring, which sold at auction in April 2013 for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 11,012.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Autumn Glamour von Leo K. K. Wong kam im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.000,00 (€ 3.321,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 28.000,00 – 38.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Leo K. K. Wong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dreaming Of Spring beobachtet, die im April 2013 für HKD 112.500,00 (€ 11.012,49) versteigert wurde.
