Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Leendert de Koningh the Elder could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Art on paper auction, the work Canal view in the Netherlands changed hands for DKK 1,000.00 (€ 134.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leendert de Koningh the Elder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shipping offshore in breezy weather in April 2000 with an auction result of GBP 5,640.00 (€ 9,655.45).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Leendert de Koningh the Elder konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Art on paper wechselte die Arbeit Canal view in the Netherlands für DKK 1.000,00 (€ 134,15) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leendert de Koningh the Elder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shipping offshore in breezy weather im April 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.640,00 (€ 9.655,45).
